OUR MISSION IN ACTION

What We Do

Our counselors provide Christ-centered support and guidance to women facing some of life’s toughest challenges. You will be a mentor, advocate, and source of hope as you help residents navigate their journey toward stability and independence.

Resident Support

Build trusting relationships and provide emotional support to residents.

Life Skills Coaching

Teach and encourage practical life skills for growth and independence.

Spiritual Guidance

Share Christ’s love and provide biblical counsel and encouragement.

Goal Setting

Help residents set and achieve personal goals for their future.

Resource Connection

Connect residents to community resources and support services.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with staff and volunteers to create a safe, uplifting environment.
